  This is a very alpha version of a Delphi 1.0 class library encapsulating 
the SBFILE30.DLL API. It the the core of the SBDELPHI.EXE I loaded earlier. 
I haven't had the time to keep working on  the missing functionality so I 
figured I'd post it and mabey if we all contribute to it we will all benefit. 
Please e-mail me with any noteworthy fixes/enhancements so they can be

injecting itself between SBFILE30.DLL and  the calling application.  Displays 
parameters and return values. New features include interface changes, some bug 
fixes, the 'Ext' functions and the ability to add your function calls to the 
tree list. Also includes a debug version of SBDELPHI.EXE v0.02b, a sample 
app for an in-progress delphi class library for the SBFILE30.DLL.
