International Support

The code which interprets shortcuts for menu items now accepts any previously supported language for accelerator key names (French, German, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish, English). Menus with these accelerators will now work in any language version of Superbase. This problem was present from version 2.0 onwards.
