Report Designer

A new menu item has been added to the Report Designer File menu. The previous behavior from Superbase (v3) that always ran a report when the Report Designer was exited has been changed so that now there is a Run and an Exit menu option. The default behavior when closing the window via Alt+F4 or double-clicking the System menu or selecting the Close item from the System menu is now Exit instead of Run.

Nudge (the movement of selected items using the cursor keys on the keyboard) was added to ReportDesigner (it was always in the Form Designer).
