Flat look for icon bars and the selection bar (panel)

This is the flat buttons look. When the mouse is over the button, it raises up. When the mouse moves away again, the button returns to the flat state. This new look was selected to provide Superbase with a more modern look and feel. For older applications that need or desire to retain the older raised buttons look, new and old user-defined icon bars default to the raised buttons look; the selectionbar style will have to be changed once at the top of the program.
