This display will also allow you to consolidate any values which may be erroneous.

For example in the above display the ZIP code 900468 is wrong and really belongs to the 90048 group. To consolidate the values select the erroneous line(s) and those into which the value should be changed:

Now click on the Consolidate button. You will be asked to select a replacement value for the above selected values:

Select the replacement value and click on the Consolidate button.

It might be that all these values were wrong in which case you may wish to consolidate these values to a completely new replacement value.

After clicking OK the line-histogram is regenerated and the frequency display shows the consolidated value.

Note the frequency is now 49 instead of 48.

Please Note: You are modifying your data, so please be sure to have made a backup before using the consolidate feature, as accidents can sometimes happen!!!!
